For sure! While the challenge will be led by SportZtars’ Master Trainer, Gardea, we would encourage you to invite friends, family and even work colleagues to join for some additional accountability and friendly competition.
#DJD has been intentionally designed for all fitness levels with progressions for the “everyday athlete” or an elite athlete.
Can I go back to drinking after the challenge? 🤨
