Use this page to permanently delete your SportZtars account and the personal information associated with it.
How to Request Deletion
Fill out the form below using the email address on your SportZtars account, or email support@sportztars.com from that address with the subject line "Delete my account." We will confirm your request by email.
Before you delete: deleting your account does not cancel a membership billed through Apple or Google. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings so you are not charged again. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.
What We Delete
Your account and profile, your name, email address, and phone number, your workout, program, challenge, and BattleZtars history, your bookings, your wellness and nutrition details, your location data, and the content you posted. Once deletion is complete, it cannot be undone.
What We Keep, and for How Long
We delete or de-identify your personal information within 90 days of your request. We may keep limited records where the law requires it or where they are needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or to enforce our agreements, such as records of purchases. We keep those only as long as necessary. Residual copies in secure backups are overwritten in the normal course of operation. Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer identify you may be kept. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
