$495/month platform minimum protects deal economics at low seat counts, a 25-seat Standard deal would otherwise bill below the cost of serving it. At larger seat counts (roughly 100+), your billed rate exceeds the minimum and it becomes irrelevant.

The implementation fee is $1,500 (Standard), $2,500 (Premium), or Custom (Enterprise), covering onboarding orchestration, launch communications, admin portal setup, and first-month CSM engagement. Half is credited back on your Y1 invoice when you choose annual upfront billing ($750 / $1,500 / Custom).

Yes: monthly billing is available. Talk to sales to structure your billing cadence. All contracts remain 12-month annual term regardless of cadence. Corporate-funded coaching is delivered in group formats, dedicated Corporate Sessions, wellness webinars, and group nutrition sessions, because those scale cleanly and keep your per-employee cost predictable.

1:1 nutrition and wellness coaching is an employee-paid, in-app option ($150 per single session, $400 for a four-session package). Employees who want personal 1:1 coaching purchase it directly, it never touches your corporate invoice.
