Ethan Blauner
Fitness
Meet Ethan Blauner
Ethan Blauner was introduced to fitness while he was a sophomore at the University of Florida in Gainesville.
He found a local boxing gym that trained professional boxers as well as anyone who just wanted to get into "boxing ready" shape.
Through training here, he discovered his love for helping people through the lens of fitness and he has never looked back since. He has taken a lot of the lessons he learned underneath his head coach, who happened to be part of Marine Core. He has trained all over and taught at several well-known studios and gyms.
Ethan's workouts are tough but he'll smile the whole time and make you feel a little bit better about the (good) pain you're going through. Oh, and you'll never take a class of his without working hard on that 6 pack!

Elizabeth Peñas
Fitness & Yoga
Meet Elizabeth Peñas
I grew up in the world of dance and grew up trying out basically every sport possible from elementary school through high school such as golf, volleyball, soccer, swimming, tennis, cheerleading, wrestling. After high school, I tried Bikram Hot Yoga, Rollerblading and weight lifting/HIIT workouts and fell in love, quite literally. Since then, I immersed myself in a new lifestyle and have never regretted it. What I enjoy most about it is that there is minimal or even NO equipment required and you can do it anytime and anywhere. From water sports such as windsurfing and kiting to calmer sports such as yoga and cycling, moving my body everyday is a must!
As a trainer, I aspire to teach people to appreciate and connect with their bodies and minds. The body and mind are one in the same, so if one suffers, so does the other. This goes hand in hand with the amount of endorphins you are receiving every day and how you nourish yourself. Take care of yourself and life will reward you for it; in every aspect.

Pedro Elias
Jiu Jitsu
Meet Pedro Elias
Prof. Pedro Elias has been training in Jiu-Jitsu since childhood.
His father, Master Caique, was a black belt before he was born. Master Caique is one of few non-Gracies to earn his black belt from Grand Master Helio Gracie. When he moved to the US at 12 years old, Pedro began taking his dad's adult classes at the old Gracie academy. He would learn from his father and regularly train with adults and even with Royce Gracie. This allowed him to compete against adults and teach jiu-jitsu at 13 years of age. Prof. Pedro excelled while competing in JiuJitsu for over 15 years and in wrestling for four years. He has now been teaching and actively training and evolving his jiu-jitsu techniques for over 25 years! Growing up while his father taught with and was close to the Gracie family, Prof. Pedro has trained with many legends of our art. He credits his jiujitsu to his father's teachings and to his time spent with Master Rickson. Prof. Pedro Elias is Master Rickson's partner on his revolutionary instructional series, the Self Defense Unit!
Through the preparation and filming, he spent many hours with Master Rickson, and this helped him have a very deep understanding of Rickson Gracie's Invisible jiu-itsu.

Ozzy Godinez
OEG Stretching Strength
Meet Ozzy Godinez
Former division one college football player and experienced elite athlete, I bring to OEG Stretching Strength a combination of my passion for sports, fitness and healing achieved through a career competing in track, football, basketball, as well as personal recovery from sports related injuries.
While sports had always been present in my life since a young age, the desire for healing was equally important. As a small child, I wanted to be a doctor, telling my sick grandmother "I'm going to fix you." Sports and healing were a natural complement and these two things were realized when I received a football scholarship from Oklahoma State University. This was an opportunity to compete in sports on a collegiate level, while earning a Bachelor of Science in Health Wellness.
With sports comes injury, both during and after college - right shoulder surgery, umbilical hernia surgery, medial and lateral injuries to both knees. Throughout the recovery process I continued to train in the gym and work through these injuries, later receiving extensive education in personal training, Olympic style lifting, TRX, Bosu and other systems.
As a young athlete I witnessed fundamental things missing from a lot of training programs, such as nutrition, hydration, stretching and proper warm-up and cool down. To this day, many young athletes, including pro athletes, drink sodium filled sports drinks thinking they are making healthy decisions.
How wrong are they, and I was once one of them. l am constantly active, both in the gym, as well as participating in competitive activities such as racquetball, basketball and bodybuilding. I stay informed on the latest information relating to health and fitness, and see longevity as a core principle of OEG Stretching Strength, staying active and healing for as long as I can. Nutrition is an essential part to this success. I attend seminars on nutrition and educate myself on super foods, anti oxidants, free radicals and their affects on the body. But my greatest priority to this day remains stretching and specifically Ki-hara Resistance stretching. I am also certified in table Thai massage and have studied other methods such as triggers and active releases.
Anyone that wants to strengthen, stretch, become stronger or bigger, or wants to get back into a fitness routine, can benefit from OEG Stretching Strength.
