Strikeout looking – 10 jumping jacks
Strikeout swinging – 10 high knees
Walk- 10 heel kickers
Out –  2 lunges
Double play – 10 jump lunges (5 each side)
Single – 5 squats
Double – 30-second plank
Triple – 60-second plank
Home run – 5-burpees
Grand Slam – 10 burpees
RBI – 10 mountain climbers (5 each side)
